We were honoured to be asked by Hamblin's Catering to make this carrot cake for Don on his 80th. He loves bird watching and his favourite flower is the Christmas bell...so of course we had to incorporate both... was even more excited that we could make these vintage binoculars completely edible in Rice Crispie Treat and white chocolate ganache...which he informed us, he thoroughly enjoyed!
