One thing I love about a traditional African wedding (not that this one looks much like your typical traditional Wedding Cake) is how a cake is almost always included for both mothers-in-law.
This one was delivered and set up at the picturesque Secret Garden out in Bisley, Pmb. Decorated with fresh flowers and foliage and probably the most fresh flowers I have ever used on any cakes I have ever done (I usually prefer to do sugar flowers), but there is something about the natural elements of nature that you can never imitate, no matter how good a sugar florist you are.
