This wedding cake was made for an ex-colleague. I was seriously a bit nervous about the painting onto a pure white cake...you only have one shot at this and if you make a mess...well...it would be quite obvious to say the least. I was hugely relieved when the end result turned out pretty decent. The large white chrysanthemums and leaves were fresh, the succulents were all made of sugar.
